| Shipping:
All animals are shipped NextDay Fedex Monday through Thursday.
Monday-Thursday Shipping is $35 to any location within the US.
Friday Shipping is $65 to any location within the US.
A tracking number will be provided through email with every order.
(If you do not have email, you may call and request this number.)
Signature may be required for delivery. If you aren't available for
delivery of the dragon for any reason - the shipping guarantee is
forfeit.
Keep original box for returns.
We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather changes or conditions
that we believe could harm the animals.

Live Arrival and Guarantee:
We guarantee our animals to arrive alive and healthy. If for any reason,
you are unsatisfied with the animal you purchased, please contact
us immediately within the first 48 hours.
If an animal isn't eating or acting 'funny' or you have questions
or concerns to please contact us immediately, and not a week later,
small animals can go downhill very fast. A photo of setup may be requested.
Refunds will be determined on individual basis and may take up to
15 days.
Payment Information:
All animals must be paid for in advance.
We accept all major credit cards, Bank Wire Transfers and Western
Union.
We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cashiers checks.
Ordering:
Sales are on a "first come first serve" basis.
We can hold animals with a 1/2 down Non-Refundable deposit.
If you have concerns about our guarantee we can make special arrangements
to satisfy almost any requests (prior to purchase).
