We guarantee our dragons will arrive alive and in good health. If, in the unfortunate event, the dragon arrives dead or unhealthy–we will replace the dragon or provide a refund.

If there are any concerns or problems regarding your dragon, we must be notified within the first 48 hours of arrival for the guarantee to be in effect. We will work with you to try and troubleshoot any problems.

Tracking numbers will be sent when dragons are shipped, however, bloodbankdragons is NOT responsible for lost or held up packages.

To ensure your own happiness, bloodbankdragons encourages you to research online and ask lots of questions regarding your dragon before your purchase.

The sex of the dragon is guaranteed (within 90 days).

Deposits are non-refundable.
